There are some ways that the same technologies can also be harmful. If a people use his video cell phones to record a interesting talk between two people, out to the public and this is harmful to the characters in the talking.

6. I think this kind of technology has two sides. If we use it correctly, it will helps us to catch the suspect and it also good for our relationships. An other way, if we use it incorrectly, the bad person will put others' secrets on the internet and it is really bad for our relationships.
